The blog of Acocks Green Focus Group – a local campaign group concentrating on the fixed features of Acocks Green.
We ‘focus’ on both appearance of the area campaigning both to conserve the good and to improve the not so good. We have good relations with many BCC officers and councillors, but will also ask questions, criticise and campaign where necessary.
Acocks Green Neighbourhood Forum is a community group organised and run by local people to discuss local issues and feedback the views of the community to the City Council and other relevant organisations.

The Friends of Albert Park are a group of local people aiming to regenerate Albert Park and to improve it for the enjoyment of our community. Albert Park is at the centre of an area which is seeing huge redevelopment and regeneration. We want to park to be the centre of the regeneration of our community.
